New Roofs
Whether you’re undertaking a self-build project but want to enlist a professional roofing service or you’re a property developer or building contractor looking for a partner to undertake the roofing installation for your building work, you can rely on HRS for a professional service.
We can take care of everything. All you need to provide is a full set of plans and our team will do the rest from quantity estimating and a full, detailed quotation to allow you to budget accurately, to the provision of materials. All prices will include for delivery to site, provided hard access is available.
Alternatively, if there are elements of the roofing work you’d prefer to undertake yourself you can simply choose just the HRS services you need.
Re-roofing
As with new roofing contracts, we can provide a full quantity estimate and a detailed, no obligation quote for labour. HRS will supply all necessary roofing materials and can recommend a quality roofing contractor who could carry out the job required.
We will start with an on-site survey in conjunction with the Building Regulation Approval service. Always an important part of the process, this survey is essential when changing the roof covering from slate to tile to ensure that we properly understand the structure of the building, can identify any risk and agree suitable materials agreed.
Reclaimed Roofing Materials
If you do not wish our roofing contractors to re-use materials stripped from your old roof, our Reclaim Department will give you a quote for the value of any reusable resources. Our contractors will co-ordinate the removal of the reusable roofing materials and ensure your site is left in a good clean condition when the work has been completed.
